Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic plan for the business; partner with VP of Business Development to identify growth segments and acquisition targets; lead acquisition integration work; identify expansion into new service categories and geographic markets; develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth and market share; collaborate with executive leadership to position GeoStabilization International as a market leader. Inbound and Outbound Marketing: Lead outbound initiatives (trade shows, direct mail, events, account-based marketing) to engage prospects; design and oversee inbound programs (content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, marketing automation) to generate qualified leads; partner with sales to align campaigns and optimize lead conversion and pipeline growth. Brand Development and Management: Elevate the company brand through storytelling, consistent messaging, and impactful design; maintain brand standards across all channels and materials. Digital and Data-Driven Marketing: Use data and analytics to optimize performance and ROI; oversee marketing technology adoption (CRM and automation platforms) to enhance efficiency and scalability. Team Building and Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team; establish KPIs and provide regular feedback; manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing-related field or similar; MBA or master’s in marketing or related advanced degree preferred. Key Experiences: 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with leadership roles, preferably in B2B industries such as construction, engineering, or professional services; proven track record of integrated marketing strategies in multi-brand environments; experience building and scaling marketing organizations; experience leading growth through pre- and post-integration projects; background in engineering-related industries is advantageous; ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change; experience as a product manager in B2B contexts with growth strategies. Key Skills: Deep knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing, strong leadership, data-driven decision making, excellent communication, and proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics). Additional requirements: Hybrid-remote role based at HQ in Westminster, CO (remote Mondays and Fridays; in-office Tue–Thu); willingness to travel; high ethical standards and professionalism; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Holistic total rewards includes health, dental, vision, disability benefits; 401(k) with company match; flexible vacation and sick time; ongoing development and leadership training.
