Senior Marketing Manager

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving net-new business by developing and executing lead generation strategies and tactics tailored to our industry, target personas, and specifically our SBT product. This position will work one-on-one with the SBT product marketer and sales team to plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across outlets, identify growth opportunities through research, and optimize the marketing funnel. A strong content writing skill set is required. Results are measured through KPIs including the volume of qualified leads delivered to the top of the funnel and campaign performance. This role reports to the VP of Marketing. Essential Functions
Experienced in all primary digital media outlets including text-based, visual, audio, video, interactive, and advertising and marketing media. Managing CRM prospect database to ensure high potential for success and to monitor prospective interactions and information (e.g., cleansing, refreshing, and optimizing CRM use). Researching target markets to identify best channels for communications and ad placements. Creating lead generation strategies. Ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints. Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content and visuals. Identify interest in product versus intent to buy and deliver a strong strategy focused on intent to buy to elevate lead quality. Qualify leads through direct contact as needed. Think strategically while executing tactically. Understand all products, personas, value propositions, pain points, and lead qualifications. Establish and implement prospect marketing journeys. Track lead statuses. Track and report campaign performance. Understand the sales process and goals. Use lead tracking tools and multiple data points to interpret data and apply learnings. Track personal KPIs. Qualifications
Minimum of five years of B2B lead generation experience. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Established, proven success in lead generation. Proficient in using data and data tools to make informed campaign decisions. Skilled in tracking and presenting data insights. PowerPoint proficiency. Proficient in marketing automation platforms and system management (e.g., Hubspot, Pardot). Proficient in utilizing Salesforce CRM. Skilled in creating marketing automation workflows. Experience using LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo or other prospecting tools. Strong content writing skillset for blogging, email marketing, ads, etc. Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills. Prefers a collaborative work environment. Hybrid role with a minimum of three days weekly in the office.
