We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal issues. This role is described as part of Cordell & Cordell’s family law practice and involves working with a team to provide high-quality legal representation to clients. Responsibilities
Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law. Attend court hearings and trials, and present cases effectively. Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the legal process. Collaborate with paralegals and other legal staff to ensure efficient case management. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. 2+ years of experience in family law litigation. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
