Deployment and Operations activities related to the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and related applications/modules, including Cloud Workload Protection (CWP), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Application Security Posture Management (ASPM), and SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM). Provide technical expertise for implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of deployment of the Falcon Cloud Security platform and associated modules. Modify scripts to deploy Falcon Cloud Security solutions using Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation, and Terraform. Troubleshoot customer deployment issues across small to large enterprises. Utilize and engineer native and third-party software deployment technologies. Develop scripts and processes around Falcon sensor deployment. Plan and report software deployment status; work closely with customer IT teams. Mentor and guide the Platform Professional Services team; foster innovation and continuous improvement. Conduct training sessions to promote cloud platform best practices across the organization. Leverage CrowdStrike applications to support customers in vulnerability and asset management; assist with integration into existing tools. Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon modules, internal tools, and data-collection scripts. Lead educational series for Falcon Cloud Security and related applications; coordinate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Examples of projects include: Guiding customers deploying Falcon agents to ECS Fargate or Google Cloud Run. Guiding customers deploying Falcon Helm charts or Operators to Kubernetes clusters. Assisting integration of Falcon CSPM with AWS accounts, GCP projects, or Azure tenants using Bash, Terraform, or APIs. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline; 5+ years of IT deployment or end-user/customer environment experience. Cloud platform expertise and Certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCP; extensive knowledge of at least one public cloud. Extensive knowledge of cloud and container deployment technologies; strong knowledge of CSPM. Expertise in Linux administration and CLI usage; extensive experience scripting with Python. Proficiency across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms; comprehensive customer-facing consulting experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills; broad experience in cloud, computer, and network security. Excellent problem-solving, time management, and ability to lead multiple customer engagements. Bonus Points
