The Opportunity Reporting to the Manager, People Team, your primary responsibility is to provide local People function contact service to business team members, playing an important role in the execution of local People priorities and deliverables within the defined People strategy. You will use local business knowledge gained from working deep within the business, to provide feedback and insights to People Team Manager, People Leads, and Center of Excellence (COEs) in the development of solutions. The position is onsite at our Piney Flats, TN location. Responsibilities
Provide local People function contact service to business team members as part of executing local People priorities and deliverables. Use local business knowledge to provide feedback and insights to the People Team and COEs in developing solutions. Qualifications
3+ years\' experience using HR principles to inform and engage work communities 3+ years\' experience supporting HR investigations 3+ years\' experience coaching management on team engagement and performance 3+ years\' experience in HR change management 1+ years\' experience using HR data to inform deliverables Experience providing HR support to a mid sized team (250+ members) Experience using HR knowledge to coach and consult in a Warehouse/Fulfillment center or relevant environment Experience managing conflicting and concurrent tasks Experience guiding alignment from company partners affected by HR activities Experience engaging with leaders across business groups and locations to understand processes, policies and practices related to HR Experience providing information on data privacy policies internally and externally to inform and advocate for good HR practices Work Location
