Overview
Retirement Projects Consultant (Temporary) – The Pasha Group. We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Retirement Projects Consultant to drive enterprise-wide retirement and benefits projects that improve the employee experience, streamline processes, and ensure compliance across multiple entities and employee groups. Responsibilities
Project Leadership – Lead planning, timelines, and execution for retirement plan consolidations, vendor transitions, integrations, and compliance initiatives, ensuring milestones are met with accuracy and impact.
Strategic Execution – Partner with internal teams, brokers, and vendors to manage plan amendments, restatements, compliance deliverables, and participant communications while aligning operational processes with project outcomes.
Compliance Expertise – Monitor and report on ERISA, IRS, DOL, and other applicable regulations, ensuring all retirement and benefits projects meet strict legal requirements.
Data-Driven Insights – Research and analyze plan designs, vendor performance, and participant data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and service providers to coordinate transactions, deductions, remittances, and reconciliations, maintaining seamless communication and documentation.
Committee & Communication Support – Assist with Retirement Plan Committee meetings, preparing materials, documenting follow-ups, and supporting strategic benefit program discussions.

Education & Certifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent relevant experience; CEBS, QPA, or similar professional certifications preferred.
Experience
5+ years in retirement plan administration (defined benefit & defined contribution).
5+ years in full-cycle benefits administration.
3+ years working with retirement recordkeeping platforms such as Fidelity, Voya, Principal, or T. Rowe Price.
Proven project management experience.
Skills & Knowledge
Deep understanding of retirement plan mechanics and benefits programs.
Strong grasp of ERISA and related regulations.
Advanced analytical, documentation, and process management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel and presentation skills preferred.
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
