Experience in building maintenance and repair Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent communication and organizational skills Successfully completed a stationary engineer apprenticeship or stationary engineer apprenticeship, or equivalent training Trained on using computerized building controls system (DDC) or equivalent experience Three (3) years experience in central plant operations and maintenance Experienced in operation and maintenance of fire alarm systems Providence is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
