PayPal . PayPal’s Legal Team is looking for an experienced attorney to join its litigation team. In this role, you will work closely with fellow litigation team members and internal stakeholders to coordinate and manage all aspects of litigation through trial. This position will manage a case load, driving alignment on case strategy, budget, and staffing while also advising internal stakeholders on trends in litigation, and changes in relevant statutes and regulations. Essential Responsibilities

Lead functional projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legal requirements. Provide specialized legal advice and support, particularly in high-demand areas such as data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance. Identify issues and recommend best practices, leveraging industry knowledge and legal expertise to guide decision-making. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, implementing robust compliance programs and conducting regular audits. Manage legal risks and safeguard PayPal's legal interests, developing strategies to address emerging legal challenges. Represent PayPal in litigation and other legal proceedings, collaborating with external counsel and managing case strategies. Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Juris doctorate or equivalent degree PayPal is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to work location, and relevant skills and experience. The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
