About the Team: The People team is a core enabler of the business, with visibility across the company. From compensation and benefits to performance and onboarding, the team supports employees and leaders with agility, empathy, and creativity. About the Role: Coordinate and process exit interviews, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of trends. Review and administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and written warnings for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Serve as a first point of contact for front-line employee and manager questions, escalating issues as needed to senior PBPs. Support administrative processes related to employee relations, investigations, and HR policy enforcement. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of employee relations cases, performance actions, and other personnel records. Assist PBPs with HR program execution, including engagement initiatives, compliance activities, and onboarding/offboarding processes. About You: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 1–2 years of professional experience in HR, employee relations, or an administrative role. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Hiring Range:
