Prepare journal entries, accruals, and site allocations Review billing, labor, and accounts payable data in the general ledger Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliations Assist with P&L reviews, financial statement preparation, and audit prep Support payroll entry for union employees on a weekly basis Collaborate with other departments on accounting-related projects Identify and implement process improvements, including documentation updates Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting processes Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of full cycle accounting experience Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred) Excel expertise Proactive mindset with initiative to ask questions and seek improvements Compensation: $35.00–$38.00 per hour (salaried non-exempt, overtime eligible) Generous medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits PTO
