Job Description Ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to turnaround times for each product to meet service delivery standards. • Achieve departmental objectives. • Maintain zero unauthorized breaches of policy, regulatory requirements, and SOPs. Achieve satisfactory ratings in all audits and self-assessments. • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by following procedures, enforcing adherence, and assisting in updating policies and procedures. • Execute callback functionality on eligible transactions. • Review and disburse monthly (or ad hoc) bank statements to clients. • Perform signature verification on documents, including but not limited to loan documentation, electronic funds transfer requests, checks, or other documentation requiring independent verification. • Serve as vault and/or key custodian or as assigned/delegated custodian. Additional Information Minimum 4 years’ experience in Trade Finance & Operations. Banking sector experience is required (global or regional banks preferred). Product experience includes: Global Markets – CDs, time deposits, investment securities, interest rate swaps CIB – Commercial real estate, syndicated, bilateral, and revolving credit facilities Depository Services – ACH and check clearing through Fed Standby Letter of Credit Import & Export Letter of Credit
