Senior Manager, Investor Relations

Hilton Grand Vacations . The Senior Manager of Investor Relations will support the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations in executing a comprehensive IR strategy. This role will play a key role in supporting the quarterly earnings process, developing financial and technical communications, and reinforcing the company's strategic narrative across institutional investors. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, business acumen, and an understanding of financial markets. Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and execution of quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and conference calls, including drafting earnings releases, investor presentations, talking points, and Q&A documents for executive leadership. Assist in drafting materials for investor conferences and lender presentations; travel with Senior Executives to investor conferences and roadshows. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all investor communications and disclosures. Support the company’s disclosure practices, ensuring alignment with SEC and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate internal reporting and deliver insights to senior management on market sentiment, stock performance, and valuation trends. Manage and regularly update the investor relations section of the HGV corporate website in accordance with SEC disclosure rules and best practices. Collaborate with the Finance team to understand and explain financial results, forecasts, and performance metrics. Provide project-related assistance to the Finance team on an ad-hoc basis, including quarterly board preparatory materials. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and shareholders. Manage Investor Relations inbox and take point on day-to-day interactions with sell-side analysts and investors to ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests. Support preparations of the annual report, annual shareholders meeting, and proxy statement. Support and provide expertise to corporate-wide initiatives. Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience and Qualifications
BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics 7+ years of related experience Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information; proficient in Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong Excel skills for financial analysis. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with senior executives and translate complex technical/financial content into clear investor messaging. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a multi-functional, international team environment. Knowledge of SEC regulations, public company disclosure requirements, earnings call protocols, and investor targeting; ideal candidate may have sell-side research analyst experience.
