Amanda Uprichard is a NYC-based female-owned contemporary fashion brand dedicated to designing pieces that make women feel confident, attractive, and powerful. Our brand is sold through direct e-commerce channels, Shopbop, Revolve, and leading department and specialty stores nationwide.

The Role We are seeking a creative, driven, and trend-savvy Brand Marketing Manager to lead social media strategy, influencer marketing and PR efforts while shaping our brand voice across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of building brand buzz through strategic partnerships, media outreach, and compelling storytelling.

Responsibilities

Influencer & PR Strategy: Identify, vet, and build long-term relationships with influencers, stylists, and brand ambassadors aligned with the Amanda Uprichard brand.

Influencer & PR Strategy: Negotiate partnerships, oversee deliverables, and track ROI for influencer campaigns.

Influencer & PR Strategy: Serve as the point of contact with PR agencies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and securing top-tier media placements.

Influencer & PR Strategy: Drive earned media coverage through press outreach, product seeding, and creative pitch angles.

Influencer & PR Strategy: Lead planning for experiential marketing events and high-profile brand collaborations that create buzz, strengthen community connections, and expand brand reach.

Brand & Content Marketing: Develop and oversee the social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms) to ensure alignment with brand objectives and seasonal priorities.

Partner with the creative team to guide visual direction, messaging, and content mix for campaigns and product launches.

Monitor social media and content performance, delivering insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and reach.

Analytics & Innovation

Track and analyze key metrics, including follower growth, engagement rates, content performance, influencer campaign ROI, and PR/media coverage impact.

Prepare weekly reports with actionable insights to improve campaign performance and audience reach.

Identify emerging platforms, trends, and marketing tactics to keep Amanda Uprichard ahead of industry shifts.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in brand marketing, influencer relations, and PR—fashion industry experience strongly preferred.

Proven success in building influencer programs and securing impactful press coverage.

Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.

Expertise in social media strategy and content planning, especially Instagram & TikTok.

Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and oversee creative marketing campaigns that drive awareness and conversion.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a keen eye for copy and design aesthetics.

Strong analytical skills with experience tracking key KPIs, including follower growth, engagement rates, campaign ROI, and PR/media impact.

Passion for contemporary fashion and digital marketing innovation.

Technical & Platform Proficiency: Dash Social, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Microsoft Office Programs (Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
