Personnel Security - Provide instruction and oversight into the clearance submission process, submit PSQ's for government review and approval, conduct clearance read in briefings and training and assist in site visit requests. Account Delivery Management - Drive and maintain obligations to customers and contribute to consumption activities, holding accountability for consumption project delivery forecasts. Leading or participating in steering committee meetings. Relationship Development Drive high customer satisfaction, manage expectations, address customer feedback, and resolve escalations. Presales & Contracting May contribute to presales on medium complexity projects to provide input into delivery approach, deal construct and assist in the development of initial estimates and contracts. Facilitate contracting for customers and partner resources. Planning Develop project management plans to drive predictable delivery for medium complexity projects or support senior colleagues in complex programs, leverage existing intellectual property and the customer account strategy. Establish clear expectations and accountabilities with project team members and proactively engage a broad set of internal and external stakeholders. Monitoring & Controlling Fully accountable for project financial management, orchestrate a broad range of metrics to attain KPIs, proactively manage risks and issues, including recovery efforts if required. Apply effective quality management and change control techniques across the delivery. Initiation & Closure Drive initiation for medium complexity projects, align resources including partners and offshore teams, balance needs across projects in challenging situations. Drive timely closure of projects supporting customer invoicing and delivery acceptance. Share knowledge with colleagues to drive incremental improvement and new IP based on lessons learned. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 2+ years experience in project management OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements Security Clearance Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements. These include, but are not limited to, active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. Ability to meet security screening requirements is required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance may result in employment action up to termination. Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You may be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment. Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Citizenship & Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Citizenship will be verified via documents or verified US government clearance as required by law. Additional/ Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 5+ years experience in project management OR equivalent experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) certification. 1+ year(s) financial management experience. Consulting Project Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,200 - $154,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $99,700 - $167,300 per year.
