Responsibilities
Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters Represent insurers in declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation Serve as lead counsel in insurance coverage litigation matters Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management Trabajo/hybrid remote work arrangement Office locations preferred: Washington DC; Virginia – Roanoke, Virginia Beach, Richmond, Fairfax; Maryland – Rockville, Baltimore, Easton; New York – Manhattan, Long Island; New Jersey – Parsippany, Cherry Hill; Pennsylvania - Philadelphia; Connecticut - Hartford; Massachusetts - Boston; Rhode Island; Tennessee - Nashville; West Virginia
