This role requires monthly travel to conduct functional assessments, training, business and requirements gathering for system improvements and optimizations; travel locations include Mexico, United Kingdom, Poland, India, United Arab Emirates and the Philippines. What You Will Do Lead the Business Systems and Transformation team, overseeing ERP Analysts focused on JD Edwards (JDE) ERP systems, including managing all business systems requirements and facilitating a seamless transition from JDE to SAP ERP. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external consultants, to ensure successful system integration, optimize business processes, and drive transformation initiatives. Lead a team of ERP Analysts specializing in JD Edwards (JDE), ensuring system stability, process improvements, and adherence to business requirements. Provide strategic leadership in the management of JDE ERP, focusing on the optimization of current processes and preparation for the transition to SAP. Ensure all ERP systems are maintained and upgraded as needed to meet business requirements. Lead the planning and execution of the transition from JDE to SAP, including mapping business processes, data migration, and system configuration. Collaborate with key stakeholders and project teams to define the scope, objectives, and timelines for the transition, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manage risks, issues, and change management strategies associated with the transformation, ensuring smooth adoption by end users. Act as the primary point of contact between business units, IT, and external vendors/consultants for ERP related activities. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, system testing, and user training to ensure that both JDE and SAP solutions meet business needs. Partner with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to enhance business processes and reporting capabilities. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP Analysts, providing career development opportunities and fostering a high performance culture. Manage team workloads, prioritize projects, and allocate resources efficiently to meet operational and project deadlines. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the ERP systems. Stay current with ERP trends and digital transformation best practices, applying innovative solutions to business challenges. Supervise five reports, including a Business Analyst II, two Assistant Managers (Data Science and Analytics), a Senior Analyst, and a Manager: Business Systems and Transformation.

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology, Computer Engineering or related field with 10 years of progressive experience as a Techno-functional Manager or equivalent; or Masters degree with 7 years of experience. Techno-functional expert with seven years of JD Edwards 9.2 Service and Warranty Module (G17), proficient in module configuration, troubleshooting, business process optimization, and end-user training. Techno-functional expert with seven years of experience specializing in JDE Event Rule (ER) Language for custom business logic development, data manipulation, interactive and batch application enhancements, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and integration with other JDE modules. Seven years of experience applying Part 21 and Part 145 compliance and regulatory frameworks to JDE World A7.3 and JDE 9.2 manufacturing processes and quality controls. Seven years of experience with JDE World A7.3 and JDE 9.2 core integrations including Team Center 14.1 (Engineering Product Life Cycle Management), and third party application integrations (Operations and Financial Consolidations). Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $184,891.00 to $246,000.00 USD per year. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, paid time off and holidays. Short-term and long-term incentive programs may be offered depending on role and company policy. This role is U.S.-based; if located in a U.S. territory, appropriate pay structure and benefits apply.
