Role: Retail Brand Project Manager Location: Minneapolis, MN Rate: $40.00 to $45.00 an hr W2 (Depends on Experience) Responsibilities
As a Retail Brand Project Manager, responsible for developing and driving end-to-end project plans for specific categories and businesses, ensuring those projects meet budget and timing parameters. Leverage communication and time management skills to manage project plans in collaboration with key enterprise stakeholders and ensure cross-functional partners are meeting deadlines. Schedule and manage the review cadence and creative milestones and identify solutions where needed to overcome obstacles. Raise risk throughout the process appropriately to ensure operational excellence is achieved and seek creative solutions to overcome obstacles and/or problem solve as needed. Qualifications
4-year college degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of Project Management or Marketing Operations experience Proven experience in project management: high performing with the ability to execute multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to manage through ambiguity Detail oriented Excellent communication, negotiation - ability to have a healthy debate, and time management skills Collaborative team player, ability to co-create with passion Strong organization and planning skills Benefits
