Texas Stay Program , which is designed to financially reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and support RPS new-hires along the way. You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS, paid as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months $1,000.00, after one year of service $1,500.00. Prepare resident legal notices and process annual lease renewals Verify lease information accuracy; handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in Yardi software Conduct unit inspections and manage move-in/move-out processes Assist in leasing activities, resident relations, and social event planning Supervise turnkey operations in the absence of the Property Manager Rent collection, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve accounting discrepancies

Position Requirements

Education: Associates degree or equivalent experience Experience: 2-4 years in the apartment industry, preferably in an Assistant or Leasing position Experience with luxury residential communities and Yardi software is preferred Skills & Certifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), strong communication, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skills Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus Valid Drivers License required
