Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for designing and developing new jobs in collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leaders while providing consultation and guidance to ensure accurate representation of responsibilities and requirements and alignment with the company's internal job architecture. Conducts intake meetings with Managers and Business Leaders to gather and document job, organizational, and occupational information, including duties, responsibilities, and skills required by each job. Administers global compensation policies, practices, and incentive programs. Provides data and/or analytics enabling HR to advise and influence leaders on the company's compensation strategy, programs, and issues. Consults with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on recommended hiring ranges by position and recommended compensation changes to support internal team member movement. Conducts ad-hoc benchmarking and internal equity analysis. Performs market analysis to identify competitive practices and trends and provides recommendations to address areas of concern or risk. Ensures equity and competitiveness of all jobs. Completes bonus plan review and incentive eligibility record-keeping. Maintains department database and facilitates monthly review to address plans pending completion. Creates efficiencies in departments' routine and cyclical processes to increase productivity and quality of departments' output. Reviews effectiveness of current compensation processes; evaluates internal and external best practices and drives ongoing process improvement initiatives. Leads annual compensation survey administration and analysis. Reviews market benchmark surveys, analyzes competitive market data, and develops recommendations for updates to job architecture, salary structures, and bonus targets as appropriate. Maintains salary structures, inclusive of grades and ranges for each country. Maintains a thorough knowledge in such areas as EEO, Fair Labor Standards, Wage and Hour, FMLA, and other regulatory requirements, and stays up to date on changes. Assists with global compliance by ensuring local statutory requirements related to employee compensation are adhered to. Ensures compensation programs are administered in compliance with policies and government regulations through audits, reports, etc. Contributes to communicating and educating employees on the organization's various compensation globally. Contributes to compensation projects including the analysis, design, communication, and implementation of new plans and programs. Other projects and duties as assigned. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field of study. 5+ years' of progressive HR experience; compensation and incentive analysis and total rewards programs administration and design experience. Knowledge and practical application of compensation discipline and practices. Demonstrated success advising and providing consultative support to leaders across multiple levels. Workday experience preferred. Licenses & Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
