What You'll Do
You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. Lead and manage store performance, drive sales, control costs, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards. Participate in an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program to prepare for success. Compensation & Benefits

High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certified ADA Statement
Workplace conditions include hot counter areas with steam and food vapors. Employees may stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to manage conflicts/difficult situations is required. Panda Strong
