We’re looking for an exceptional
Revenue Accounting Manager
to lead our revenue accounting operations at a pivotal time in our journey. In early 2024, we reached profitability and now we’re scaling from 5M to 50M customers and building a $10B business. This is a hands-on role centered on revenue recognition with strong ASC 606 expertise, data fluency, and cross-system collaboration to ensure timely, accurate, and audit-ready reporting. You’ll partner with Data, Engineering, Finance, and play a key role in helping us meet public company standards. We have raised $240M in funding, grown revenue significantly, and expanded to multiple countries. How You Will Make An Impact
Own the end-to-end revenue accounting process, including recognition of commissions, contingent commissions, usage fees, and related revenue streams. Apply and interpret ASC 606 across revenue streams, including variable consideration and usage-based models. Ensure timely and accurate month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting for all revenue-related accounts. Maintain and update revenue recognition policies and accounting memos. Partner with cross-functional teams in data and engineering to enhance data quality and streamline revenue reporting from multiple systems. Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and automation opportunities to scale revenue accounting operations. Collaborate with external auditors, providing support for audit and SOX compliance activities. Assist with special projects including ERP optimization, internal control development, and IPO readiness (as applicable). Responsibilities

Develop and maintain revenue recognition policies and memos. Partner with Data/Engineering to improve data quality and reporting across systems. Drive process improvements and automation in revenue accounting. Ideal Profile
CPA, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Big 4 background and/or experience at a high-growth tech or fintech company preferred. 5-8 years of experience in revenue accounting. Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and complex contract revenue recognition. Comfort with high transaction volume and data complexity. Strong systems mindset with experience in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and revenue tools; ability to work across disparate systems. Tech-forward, with interest in AI tools to build scalable operations. Roll-up-the-sleeves, hands-on attitude with strong analytical and organizational skills.
