Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically versatile Senior Product Manager to drive innovation within JLL's Project and Development Services (PDS) business. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming early-stage ideas into tangible, functional prototypes that demonstrate clear business value to internal stakeholders and clients. Leveraging low-code development platforms and emerging AI capabilities, you will lead the rapid prototyping of internal applications, intelligent AI agents, and streamlined workflows, translating validated business needs into clear, actionable, and prioritized requirements for production development. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly autonomous and self-sufficient product leader who thrives on experimentation, possesses innate curiosity to explore new possibilities, is adept at solving complex problems independently, and has a strong bias for executing quickly in a large global organization. Responsibilities Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for AI innovation within the PDS business, identifying key opportunities to enhance efficiency and create strategic value for our teams globally. Lead the design, rapid build, and iterative refinement of functional prototypes for internal applications, agentic AI solutions, and automated workflows, utilizing low-code development platforms such as Numbers Station, Retool, Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, and others. Experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies and frameworks, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to craft intelligent, automated solutions that address specific PDS challenges. Conduct focused, iterative experiments to validate business hypotheses, assess internal user adoption, and quantify the potential operational and financial value of new solutions. Collaborate extensively with senior PDS stakeholders and operational teams across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC to deeply understand regional nuances, pinpoint critical pain points, and gather detailed requirements. Effectively demo prototypes to diverse internal stakeholders, clearly articulating the value proposition and facilitating constructive feedback sessions to refine conceptual designs. Partner with software engineering and data teams to oversee the successful transition of validated prototypes into scalable, secure, and maintainable production applications. Act as the product owner for these internal solutions, including managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, contributing to sprint planning, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) using Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Define and analyze metrics that measure the success and impact of prototypes, ensuring they deliver tangible business value and guiding subsequent iterations and investment decisions.

Qualifications

Significant work experience in product management, with a demonstrable track record building internal tools, enterprise applications, or innovation-focused products. Strong technical versatility and a genuine "builder" mindset, capable of understanding technical architectures and constraints, even without directly writing production code. Some prior experience as a software developer or in a similar technical role is a plus, but not required. A bachelors degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field. Proven hands-on experience designing and building functional prototypes and using low-code platforms for rapid application development in a professional, educational, or personal setting. Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, especially concerning agentic AI systems, LLMs, and RAG, and a strong interest or experience in developing, integrating, or prototyping with AI agents, chatbots, or automated workflows. Self-motivated and autonomous, with the ability to manage multiple innovation tracks simultaneously and with minimal supervision. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking, with a structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to simplify complex concepts. Outstanding relationship management, communication, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Experience in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry, particularly with project and development services, is a plus but not required.
