Operations Supervisor – New Launch Are you ready to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment? We''re seeking an Operations Supervisor to optimize day-to-day operations at our new Tracy, CA facility. This is an exciting opportunity to drive efficiency, enhance productivity, and contribute to our success while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment. Responsibilities

Oversee and train a dedicated team, providing constructive feedback to ensure high productivity and operational excellence. Manage daily logistics operations, including efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments and precise inventory control. Develop and implement production schedules, strategically allocating resources to meet key operational targets. Monitor and analyze operational reports, providing data to inform decision-making for continuous improvement. Maintain and uphold stringent safety standards, quality control, and cost-efficiency measures across all activities. Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in warehouse or logistics, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce. Proven ability to monitor team production goals and consistently meet company KPIs. Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to streamline operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively and foster open communication. Capable of performing physical duties, including lifting up to 40 lbs, and comfortable with varying temperatures and noise levels. Frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed, to support operational demands.
