As the General Manager you will be responsible for the total operations of our regional center. You will lead a team of professionals. From an operation’s stand-point you will assure excellence in work performed including fire and water mitigation, cleaning and pack-out of contents, construction rebuilds and put-backs. You will have full P&L responsibilities assuring all metrics are being met from full cycle cash flow to variable and fixed costs. You will be responsible for staffing, training, and all basic HR functions. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the regional center operations and a team of professionals. Ensure excellence in work performed across fire and water mitigation, cleaning and pack-out of contents, and construction rebuilds and put-backs. Manage full P&L responsibilities, including cash flow, and variable and fixed costs, with metrics met. Oversee staffing, training, and HR functions at the regional center. Experience and Skill Requirements
To succeed in this role you must have experience leading a diverse team of employees and generate over $5MM in revenue annually. Success in leading a consumer-focused sales or operations team is also critical. Industry-specific experience is not required, but the ability to learn quickly and the drive to expand career competencies are essential. We look for people with high energy, the ability to energize others, and the ability to execute multiple plans simultaneously. Compensation
As a General Manager, you will receive a base salary along with an unlimited opportunity for quarterly bonuses based solely on the profitability of your region.
