Technical Program Manager, Robotics Solution Delivery Base pay range: $208,000.00/yr - $221,000.00/yr

Role As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you’ll manage the delivery of cutting edge automation technology and robotic solutions to our customers and partners. You will collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders to align scope and feasibility and to manage execution of internal development and external delivery. You will work with Product Managers, Program Managers, Software Engineers, Roboticists, Machine-Learning experts, and leadership. Domestic and regular international travel to visit partners and customers is required. You will evolve our standards and processes to enable successful deliveries at scale.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver automation technology and robotic solutions to customers and partners

Facilitate alignment on scope and timelines balancing feasibility, quality, and risk

Create clarity on changes and decisions to motivate and guide the team

Maintain an up-to-date delivery status overview and manage related risks

Manage delivery budget (cost and resource allocation)

Guide the team to follow Intrinsic’s standards and processes and collect feedback to improve operations

Represent delivery in regular leadership updates and raise flags when guidance is needed

Qualifications

Experience applying best-practice technical program/project management approaches in ambiguous settings

Strong facilitation and stakeholder alignment skills

Experience managing external collaborative projects from start to end

Concise and clear communication with external partners and customers

Experience navigating international culture and relationships, especially in Asia

Master of Science in Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Eligibility and Benefits

Salary range: $208,000—$221,000 USD
