Our Mid-Corporate Market Executives in Commercial & Specialized Industries oversee diversified industries including Consumer Retail, Business Services, Industrial and Manufacturing, with target companies having annual revenues of $100 million to $2 billion. They demonstrate leadership attributes such as decision autonomy, transaction sponsorship and negotiation, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and lead a team of 10 or more while maintaining ownership of a select group of clients. They bring a servant leadership approach to help Mid-Corporate bankers achieve results while growing their skills and careers. As a Market Executive in Mid-Corporate Banking, you will hire and direct team members in business development efforts to grow and retain profitable banking relationships with Mid-Corporate companies. You will maintain a portfolio of your own while leading the banking team; portfolio size is typically smaller to reflect management responsibilities. Your team includes Vice President, Executive Director, and Managing Director-level bankers, with indirect oversight over underwriting staff, a sales/marketing assistant, treasury sales officers and client service professionals. Deliver annual business results focused on growing market share and revenue, including capital markets fee growth Recruit, develop and retain top talent Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships Drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing opportunities from new technologies Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

Minimum of fifteen years client management experience with a focus on retention and growth Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services with knowledge of the Northern California and Northern Nevada business community Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources while advocating for the Firm to commit capital to worthy opportunities Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals; experience leading teams to beat growth budgets Management experience in a Commercial Bank setting, leading a sales team deploying capital markets solutions while maintaining positive client relationships Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely and evolve strategic approach Creative problem solving and strong business judgment with multitasking ability Digital mindset with proven adoption of new technology to improve results FINRA Series 24, 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must be obtained within 180 days of hire Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
