To continue this growth, we are rapidly scaling our Customer Organization and are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work cross-functionally with a distributed team of brilliant and charming RevOps analysts, managers, directors, and customer-facing colleagues. As the Project Manager, you will oversee multiple small to large projects which are aimed at ensuring alignment between our Go-To-Market teams, so they are able to deliver business results, and ultimately, help our customers achieve their goals.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and drive all projects within the Revenue Operations function including all pre-sales, post-sales, and Sales Support efforts
Ownership of all project tracking within Jira including request and change management
Work closely with RevOps leadership and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects
Organize, lead, and track all project related meetings including kickoffs, standups, milestone meetings, and retrospectives
Ensure effective, timely, and efficient communication to all stakeholders with respect to updates, requirements, and deliverables
Assist with standardizing processes across all Customer Org teams and help them continue to maintain alignment
Act as a primary coach and leader of the agile methodology within the RevOps team to continually advance the team’s knowledge and usage of the framework
Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders in the business
Assist with planning the correct resources on tasks and executing projects according to the allocations
Understand Postman's data schema and leverage data to help inform teams and solve problems
About You
5+ years of experience managing technology and/or operational projects using Agile methodologies
JIRA and Confluence experience is a must
Proven experience with extensive data analytics
Strong organizational skills and business acumen
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior start-up experience at a product-led growth company is a plus
Atlassian Associate or Atlassian Professional certifications are a plus
Salesforce administrator certification is a plus
Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $117,000 - $130,000 plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
