Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in the San Francisco. As a Project Manager with Jtec, you will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging HCAI / OSHPD Healthcare projects from inception to completion, ensuring the projects schedule, budget and quality is maintained in its entirety. The Project Manager will contribute to the development of project budget and schedule and oversee the strategy and execution through completion. Day to day responsibilities include developing project plans, budget and cost management, tracking project finances, providing cost forecasts, tracking and monitoring progress, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success, and engaging with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

Project coordination: Oversee all aspects of project development and execution, including budget management, schedule adherence, and quality control. Project documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Contract administration: Support in reviewing, negotiating, and administering purchase orders / contracts with vendors and suppliers. Team support: Provide support to the project team by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting with project-related tasks. Stakeholder management: Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Financial management: Monitor project financial performance, track expenses, and maintain accurate project budget records. Risk assessment: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field. 3-5 years of experience with HCAI 1 / OSHPD 1 Health Care Construction Projects 5-7 years of experience in project management or related roles within the construction or real estate industry. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in managing small to medium-scale projects from start through completion. Knowledge of real estate industry best practices and construction processes. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred qualifications

Experience with Imaging / Radiology construction projects (i.e. MRI, CT Scanner, etc.) within occupied facilities Experience with healthcare and/or HCAI / OSHPD construction projects Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building. Experience working directly with clients Certifications with CMAA, PMI or LEED AIA or PE license San Francisco, CA generally located at the project site within a construction trailer or project office.
