We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Solution Architect to join our team. As a Solution Architect, you will design, develop, and implement solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements. You will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities

Solution Design: Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end solutions for business problems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring architectural best practices and standards are followed. Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend technologies and tools that align with the organization’s tech stack. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and provide mitigation strategies; create and maintain clear architectural documentation. Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet quality and performance standards through testing, validation, and peer reviews. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to keep solutions innovative and competitive. Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role with a track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions. Deep understanding of system architecture, data engineering, SDLC, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and enterprise integration techniques. Experience designing solutions across domains such as enterprise applications, data management, security, and cloud infrastructure. Strong proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and development methodologies. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring junior developers and architects. Background Check Required. Preferred Skills

Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies. Telecom and IT industry experience. Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are desirable. About Ookla

Base pay range: $75,000/year up to $115,000/year. Actual pay is determined by factors including experience, scope, education, training, location, and performance. Equal Opportunity
