Senior Fertility Market Strategy Manager
Maven Clinic is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and operationally-minded Senior Fertility Market Strategy Manager to own the strategy and operations for Maven’s fertility pharmacy program. The role involves collaborating with Maven’s network operations team on strategy for the ecosystem of organizations providing fertility care, including fertility clinics and ancillary partners such as genetic testing labs. Responsibilities include cultivating partnerships with specialty pharmacy partners and pharmaceutical manufacturers, leading cross-functional efforts to refine engagement and support for the fertility care ecosystem, managing contracting processes, serving as an internal subject matter expert, participating in industry events, defining scalable strategic engagement approaches, and driving partner-level analytics and performance insights. The role reports to the Senior Director of Fertility Program Strategy on Maven’s Client Operations team. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, network management, partnerships, or operations, preferably with exposure to fertility pharmacy, strong leadership and communication skills, analytical skills, and a passion for Maven’s mission. The position requires active work authorization in the US and embraces a flexible hybrid work model with primary operations in the New York Metropolitan area and remote work in several US hub cities.
Responsibilities
Own the strategy and operations for Maven’s fertility pharmacy program, collaborating with the network operations team and fertility care ecosystem partners.

Qualifications
6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, network management, partnerships, or operations, preferably with exposure to fertility pharmacy.
Strong leadership and communication skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for Maven’s mission.
Active work authorization in the US.
