This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the USA.

About The Team

The Kinaxis product management team works closely with business and IT leaders from many of the most innovative companies in the world to help them use their supply chain to gain a competitive advantage by delivering improved organizational outcomes across key corporate objectives.

We are looking for a strategic and technically skilled Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our optimization solutions offering within the supply chain domain. Reporting to the Supply Solutions Product Lead, this role is critical to driving the application of optimization technologies across the core supply chain functions of make, source, plan and deliver.

What you will do

As a Product Manager, Optimization Solutions, you’ll be responsible for stewarding our optimization technology and product offering. Your role will involve defining product vision, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring seamless integration and functionality within our technology stack. You’ll provide the deep product & industry expertise needed to lead the organization and make strategic and tactical product & go-to-market investment decisions. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and customers to drive innovation, craft & evangelize our product strategy, and deliver high-quality solutions that deliver exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities

Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, balancing partner requirements, customer feedback, and market trends. Prioritize features and enhancements to deliver maximum value.

Partner Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between our company and external partners. Manage relationships and coordinate joint efforts.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand supply chain challenges, trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.

Customer Focus: Gather and analyze feedback from customers and end-users to identify pain points, feature requests, and areas for improvement. Ensure that partner-developed applications effectively address these needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to achieve product goals.

Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of partner-developed applications. Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Product Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the product lifecycle. Implement effective solutions to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for

Education

Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research or related field.

Advanced degree in Operations Research or Industrial Engineering is preferred.

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in SaaS product management, with a focus on supply chain solutions and partner-developed applications.

Proven track record in supply chain as a digital innovation leader or business consultant with technical and customer facing experience is an asset.

Extensive working knowledge of optimization techniques and technologies.

Launching and scaling new products and technologies in a growth organization.

Experience with Maestro is valuable.
