Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Physical Security Operations Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager II, you will lead complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and high-quality results. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing project resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Project Leadership: Leads complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and high-quality results. Project Planning: Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Resource Management: Manages project resources, including personnel, vendors, and stakeholders, to ensure effective collaboration and communication. Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates project risks, developing and implementing risk management plans as needed. Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, technical experts, and external partners, to ensure alignment and buy-in. Communication: Develops and delivers clear and concise project communications, including status reports, meeting minutes, and presentations. Quality Assurance: Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards, conducting regular reviews and audits as needed. Process Improvement: Identifies opportunities for process improvement, developing and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Experience: 4+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or a related field. Required Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Certifications: PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree: Masters degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field. Experience: Experience working in a similar industry or with similar projects. Skills: Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
