Our daily work involves tackling complex cybersecurity challenges to help customers secure their environments, while providing a simple and intuitive user experience. We build products in areas such as threat intelligence, compliance and governance, access control (SBAC, RBAC, etc.), policy management, dashboarding, reporting, and cloud security. We leverage AI in our development processes and integrate it directly into the products we create. As a Principal PM, You Will Be Responsible For Driving features through the entire product life cycle — collect customer feedback and needs, prioritize features and trade-offs, write product requirements, and work closely with engineering to deliver the roadmap Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global organization to deliver enterprise-grade, high-reliability, and cloud-scale features customers and partners can trust Working with product enablement, marketing and sales to evangelize, conduct product and feature demos, and present to internal partners and external customers Solving complex problems that require cross-company collaboration and alignment to deliver functionality underpinning the Cortex product platform Qualifications Your Experience 7+ years in cross-group, cross-functional product management roles in an enterprise environment Experience in cybersecurity with a strong technical background and in building enterprise-scale, high-performing, globally available SaaS products Product management experience within large organizations, collaborating across multiple teams and managing product planning with multiple stakeholders Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders Self-motivated with effective management of multiple tasks, projects, priorities, and deadlines Team player with a can-do attitude, strong people skills, and a positive mentality BSc/MS in Computer Science, engineering/technical degree or equivalent military experience required Additional Information The Team To stay ahead of the curve, it’s critical to know where the curve is and how to anticipate changes. Our Product Management Team helps us address evolving cyber threats and supports product-wide technical solutions based on client feedback and needs. Compensation Disclosure Compensation depends on qualifications, experience, and location. For offers at the posted level, starting base salary for non-sales roles ranges from $166,000 to $268,500 per year, and may include base salary + commission (for sales roles), restricted stock units, and a bonus.
