Our SAP service line focuses on strategy, processes, technology and operational impacts across Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors. As a Senior in Technology Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring the technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications Configuring and implementing SAP Project Systems solutions that align with business needs Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses Traveling regularly and leading project streams while actively engaging with clients Skills and Attributes for Success

Ability to understand stakeholders’ needs, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document workflows, and design SAP configurations and integrations (SAP and non-SAP) Analytical thinking and decision-making across policy contexts Ability to guide and develop junior team members Strong problem-solving and relationship-management skills Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree 2 to 4 years of relevant experience with SAP ERP, preferably across multiple industries At least one full SAP Project System implementation cycle with hands-on configuration in areas such as: Project structure (Project Definition, WBS elements, Networks, Templates); Project planning, budgeting, milestones, billing, MRP Understanding of Project Systems integration with other SAP modules (e.g., Management Accounting, Financial Accounting components, Material Management, Order-to-Cash, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Human Resources) Conceptual knowledge of advanced topics (e.g., Results Analysis methods, Event-Based Revenue recognition, Resource-Related billing) Strong communication, client service, and technical writing skills; ability to research regulations, industry practices, and new technologies Willingness to travel to meet client needs Preferred Qualifications

Prior consulting experience or deep functional experience SAP Certifications (e.g., C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Project Systems) Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of core modules Additional SAP Finance certifications and industry accounting experience Proactive professional development and adaptability to diverse environments What We Look For
