This is a 7-month contract assignment supporting our parent company at their headquarters in Baltimore and would entail working 3 days per week onsite. Position overview and responsibilities are described below. What you will do

The Integration Technical Service Manager oversees multiple projects with both on-site and offshore teams. This position oversees project health, manages the team and stakeholders, and leads efforts to improve program performance and customer experience. A key to success is the ability to work across teams, both internally and externally, and align solutions toward customer needs. Key responsibilities include reviewing and guiding service strategies, coordinating release management, designing and enforcing SLAs, KPIs, and SOPs, contributing to application integration projects (e.g., MuleSoft), facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coordinating with stakeholders, removing obstacles, and monitoring sprint progress with key metrics. Responsibilities

Developing and implementing effective service strategies and operational policies to enhance performance and reliability. Assisting release management processes, serving as a liaison between development and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and issue resolution. Design and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and SOPs to maintain service quality and accountability. Work on application integration projects, MuleSoft, contributing to seamless data flow and system interoperability. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity Monitor sprint progress and report key metrics (e.g., burndown charts) Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5 or more years of experience in technical integration roles, including 2 or more years in a leadership position Proven experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Logic Apps) Strong understanding of APIs, web services, middleware, and cloud technologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with ITIL or other service frameworks is a plus Hands-on experience in system integration, APIs, middleware, or enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) preferred Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevOps methodologies, and industry-standard development best practices Knowledge in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins) Preferred Attributes

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
