The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Responsibilities

Work with a team of engineers focused on developing novel Android platform software and related technologies for vehicles. Learn and develop expertise in automotive and Android technologies, as they relate to camera integrations and applications. Design and implement new camera-related features and improvements for the Android Automotive platform. Enable image processing-centric solutions on Android Automotive vehicles to meet OEM partners' needs. Pursue efforts for improving image quality in the camera frameworks. Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of coding experience in one or more of the following languages: C, C++, Java, or Python. 2 years of Android application development experience. Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree in computer science or a related technical field. Experience with Android system or application development. Experience investigating and optimizing performance or stability in software systems. Excellent problem-solving and investigative skills. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
