Overview
Macquarie Asset Management’s Private Credit team invests in infrastructure debt assets on behalf of Macquarie's institutional client base. This team combines Macquarie’s infrastructure debt experience with a flexible approach to investing for clients and growing opportunities for the business. You’ll be part of a global financial services group operating in 31 markets with a history of profitability, contributing ideas and driving outcomes within a friendly and supportive team. What role will you play? As a Vice President within the Private Credit team, you will contribute to the continued growth of the Private Credit platform in respect of debt investments across a broad range of infrastructure sectors. You will be primarily involved with the origination, assessment, and execution of new investment opportunities, across both investment grade and sub-investment grade transactions. You will be instrumental in the origination and execution of investment opportunities and will materially contribute to the growth and success of the platform. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise complex transactions across a broad spectrum of infrastructure sectors, including renewables, energy and energy transition, digital infrastructure, recycling and sustainability, transportation, and social infrastructure. Demonstrate strong numerical and credit/financial analysis skills covering transaction execution and ongoing portfolio management. Sourcing new investment opportunities and building relationships with borrowers, sponsors and advisors. Lead and develop deal teams and, preferably, fundraising and investor relationship management. Qualifications
Experience in leading and supervising complex transactions across a broad spectrum of infrastructure sectors, including renewables, energy and energy transition, digital infrastructure, recycling and sustainability, transportation, and social infrastructure. Highly numerate with skills in all aspects of credit and financial analysis covering both transaction execution and ongoing portfolio management. Demonstrable experience in sourcing new investment opportunities and building relationships with borrowers, sponsors and advisors. Experience in leading and developing deal-teams and preferably fundraising and investor relationship management. What You Offer
