Responsibilities and requirements reflect experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a commercial property setting, with emphasis on safety, compliance, and proactive maintenance. Responsibilities

Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s) Maintain heating equipment, chillers (air and/or water cooled), DX units, pumps, cooling towers, fan coil units, VAV, and air distribution systems Monitor and adjust mechanical/pneumatic equipment, steam stations, control gauges, distributor panels, valves, thermostats, diffusers, and other equipment to ensure building comfort Verify field conditions and perform repairs or adjustments as needed Monitor Energy Management Repair doors, ceilings, hand rails, floors and other general repairs, adjustments and installations Perform repairs to plumbing fixtures (water closets, urinals, flush valve assemblies, lavatories, etc.) Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with Cushman & Wakefield standards and manufacturer recommendations (changing filters, cleaning coils, flushing condensers, lubrication, bearing checks, belt inspection/replacement, coolant/chemical treatment, cooling tower maintenance, annual inspections, and other scheduled routines) Inspect engine room equipment, fan room equipment, cooling tower, motors, house pumps, electric rooms, back-up generator, fire pumps, sump pumps, and ejector pumps; replace lamps and signage; ensure clear access Check emergency exit signs/lights and ensure access to emergency stairs/exits; perform fire and life safety inspections per NFPA, local jurisdiction, and company standards Document and report activities to supervisor Respond to emergencies (fire, evacuation, equipment failure) and customer concerns Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and company directives; practice safe work habits Complete required Cushman & Wakefield Safety Training annually Comply with Cushman & Wakefield Uniform Dress Code Qualifications

5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting Certification as a Universal Technician for CFC High School Diploma or GED equivalent Graduate of apprentice program or trade school preferred Appropriate license/permit for trade as required (e.g., Journeyman or Master Electrician, refrigerant certificate, boilers, etc.) Valid driver’s license and good driving record Basic computing skills (Outlook, Excel & Word) Experience in operation, maintenance, and basic repair of HVAC, boilers, heaters, pumps, refrigerant systems, compressors, water systems Knowledge of energy management systems and operations Additional Eligibility

Energy management knowledge and related qualifications as applicable May require shift work, extended periods without relief, and on-call duties Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range is $28.00 - $36.06 per hour.
