Wealth Associate - Vice President | MOOSHI Wealth Planning & Management
Wealth Associate position is a client service role reporting to the Wealth Advisor and is critical to leveraging Advisors' time. This position provides excellent client service and problem-solving skills to confidently provide information to clients in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Responsibilities
Manage client needs regarding service and problem resolution in a timely and accurate manner while ensuring documentation and record keeping adheres to compliance standards
Deepen client relationships and establish credibility and rapport in-person and by phone, identifying potential benefits and services to enhance client financial relationships
Maintain regular contact with clients regarding accounts and servicing; clearly articulate potentially complex processes and/or concepts to clients
Partner with Broker Dealer for new account establishment, account maintenance, and compliance
Maintain Redtail CRM database; manage client and prospective client workflow and coordinate follow-up with Advisors
Maintain a compliant filing and scanning system with Laserfiche
Answer incoming calls and direct/take messages according to firm guidelines
Maintain client information in CRM database (Redtail)
Input data for financial planning software systems (Goals-Based Analysis and E-Money)
Other responsibilities as assigned by the Wealth Advisor and Director of Operations
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities
Advanced computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are essential
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Strong time management and organizational skills; able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
Education and/or Experience
2+ years of experience in administrative support in a professional environment
High School Diploma or Associate's degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Previous experience in financial services a plus
Compensation
Compensation is determined by qualifications and experience
Salary is generally reviewed annually or if responsibilities and/or job requirements change. Salary increases are not guaranteed

Series 7 and 65/66 preferred (or willingness to obtain in the future)
