Overview
Senior Technical Project Manager in Cloud Services with a focus on Snowflake, data warehousing, and IT operations. Responsible for end-to-end project execution and delivery across multiple clients, with emphasis on incident, change, and problem management and alignment to ITIL, Agile, and industry standards. Responsibilities
Drive project management activities in Cloud Services, ensuring on-time and within-scope delivery. Manage development/support and maintenance projects, coordinating across multiple clients and teams. Apply strong understanding of Snowflake, Data Warehouse processes from data acquisition to visualization. Monitor, support, and improve services per incident, change, and problem management. Ensure end-to-end project execution and delivery across clients; manage time, risks, and resources. Apply ITIL concepts related to incident management, problem management, application lifecycle management, and operational health management. Utilize Agile methodologies and Jira for project planning and tracking. Collaborate with partners and teams to implement IT standards (operational, compliance, etc.). Familiarity with Snowflake, Data Warehouse, and ETL processes. Assist team members with technical issues and foster a learning environment for new functionalities. Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports for internal and client management. Demonstrate strong customer service, problem solving, organizational, and conflict management skills. Develop project plans with time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring. Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing development, support, and maintenance projects. Proven ability to drive project management activities in Cloud Services. Strong knowledge of Snowflake and data warehouse processes from data acquisition to visualization. Experience monitoring and improving services according to ITIL incident, problem, and change management. End-to-end project execution experience across multiple clients. Familiarity with ITIL processes related to incident management, problem management, application lifecycle management, and operational health management. Strong in Agile methodologies and Jira tooling. Ability to collaborate with partners and teams to implement IT standards (operational, compliance, etc.). Familiarity with Snowflake, Data Warehouse, ETL. Ability to support team members on technical issues and to learn new functionalities quickly. Strong reporting skills for internal and client management.
