Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 - $140,500 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Manage team members, ensuring a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities, while allocating staff to table games to maintain game integrity and staffing needs Analyze customer play for cheating, scams, and suspicious activity, maintaining awareness of all pit operations, including the poker room Maintain knowledge of table game rules and floor layouts, implementing policies and procedures for security, efficiency, and guest service improvement Ensure the availability and proper functioning of equipment, handle guest complaints, and build rapport with casino players for guest satisfaction Provide daily and monthly reports on table games performance, including explanations for unusual activity and fluctuations, while reviewing technologies for departmental efficiency improvements More about you
