The Game Night Assistant will work closely with the Florida Panthers Corporate Partnerships department on game night duties at the arena. You will gain hands-on experience within a professional sports corporate partnership environment, including capturing proof of performance, assisting partners on gameday activations, and ensuring readiness for game nights. This role offers potential to lead to a full-time internship with the Panthers or in the broader sports industry. Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements
College level students or recently graduated Capture photos of partnership assets for decks and recaps Assist the corporate partnerships team in game night activations for partners Flexible schedule for work hours Assist with VIP experiences for partners (e.g., Zamboni ride, penalty box, benchwarmers) Provide ideas and recommendations to improve partners’ game night experiences Qualifications
Strong teamwork aptitude Client-service attitude and professionalism with clients, vendors and talent Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support multiple high-level positions Work Environment
Arising from arena settings, expect high noise levels, heavy crowd traffic, variable temperatures (often cold), and bright or dim lighting with occasional flashing lights and pyrotechnics. Position Type / Hours
This is a Part-Time Seasonal position. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays are required.
