Overview
This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

Role As a Regional guide AMER - TRE (Treasury), you will play a critical role in guiding and managing the Treasury function for the Americas region. You will be accountable for overseeing cash management, liquidity, risk management, and financial planning for the region.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on Honeywell's financial success by ensuring efficient cash flow, managing financial risks, and providing strategic financial guidance to facilitate business growth.
The annual base salary range for this position is $206,000 - $257,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
As a Director in Treasury at Honeywell, you will significantly influence the financial strategy through effective treasury management and risk mitigation, while also providing strategic guidance to senior leadership and fostering a diverse, high-performing team to enhance the company's financial success and resilience.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Treasury or a related field
Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity, and financial risk management
Proven track record of managing Treasury operations in a regional or global capacity
Excellent thoughtful, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
MBA or CFA preferred
Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in managing Treasury activities in a global organization
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in Treasury operations
Key Responsibilities
Guide and manage the Treasury function for the Americas region
