RFIC Manufacturing Test (ATE) Engineer

We are looking for experienced RFIC Manufacturing Test (ATE) Engineer to join our team Responsibilities
Develop and launch to production ATE solutions for RF transceiver ICs for Mobile applications (2G/3G/4G/5G). Work close to Design Engineering to assess testability and Manufacturability (DFT/DFM). Design, Develop and implement test strategies (Test Plan). Develop ATE test programs and hardware for new RF transceivers. Work with Product Engineer and Lab teams to correlate ATE and bench measurements. Provide support to run ATE characterization. Work with Product Engineer to transfer test solution to overseas. Provide maintenance support on assigned projects. Work with the Quality Assurance team on reliability validation (HTOL vectors preparation). Define and implement any new test requirements based on customer’s feedback, etc. Qualifications
BS in EE or CS required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in RF or high speed mixed-signal testers. Advantest’s 93K a must, and Teradyne uFlex is a plus. Required Skills
Solid background in ATE testing, RF, Analog and Digital test methodology, DFT (Scan, Iddq, JTAG, ADC, DAC, RF transceivers, etc). Direct interaction with Product Development teams and ATE tester suppliers. Teamwork and good verbal and written communications skills. Strong data analysis and technical problem-solving skills. Project planning/organizational skills, and demonstrate analytical thinking. Desired Skills
Load Board design knowledge. Experience with mobile wireless standards (GSM, TD-SCDMA, WCDMA, LTE TDD/FDD, 5G NR, etc). Formal computer science or software engineering training. Experience with multifunctional teams across multiple sites. Seniority level
