Overview
Amo Realty is a small real estate brokerage that provides our agents with at least 10-20+ incoming real estate leads per week. It’s a strong way to stay completely booked on the front lines of the busy WA real estate world. We offer a high-volume lead system designed for a small group, with a track record of successful transactions including a $22 million sale from one of our leads. Leads are available for residential buyers, sellers, and commercial real estate. We are currently hiring agents across Washington, including Seattle, Tacoma, Vancouver, and Spokane.
Responsibilities
Working with the lead system to convert at least 10-20+ weekly incoming leads (buyers, sellers, and some commercial leads). Maintaining a long-term relationship with clients and staying booked in a competitive market. Backing up agents with leads when needed to support sales activity. Leads & Split Information
50/50 split on company-provided leads 75/25 split on your own leads for the first 3 years After 3 years, you keep 100% of your own leads after a $5,000 cap 100% commission on personal real estate transactions Requirements
