25% Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Administrator Support Specialist to assist in the development, implementation, and sustainment of a tactical communications training program. This role involves supporting all aspects of training coordination, including tracking and maintaining records, compiling training metrics, and generating leadership reports on training delivery and participation. This role works closely with training SMEs, program managers, and technical teams to ensure all training events are properly scheduled, resourced, documented, and tracked. The specialist plays a key administrative role in supporting both instructor-led and virtual training efforts, maintaining accurate training records, and managing logistics for training delivery across field locations. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development, implementation, and sustainment of a tactical communications training program. Support all aspects of training coordination, including tracking and maintaining records. Compile training metrics across platforms and generate leadership reports on training delivery and participation. Manage the creation and quality assurance of high-quality training materials, including job aids, student guides, manuals, and instructor support documents. Assist in the development and review of course content for new and evolving training requirements. Coordinate with instructors and stakeholders during multi-site or concurrent training sessions to ensure logistical, material, and attendance-tracking needs are met efficiently and accurately. Assist the Training SME and Program Manager in compiling, cross-referencing, and analyzing training performance data to enhance curriculum design, increase program effectiveness, and improve delivery of training objectives nationwide. Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, automation, and data analytics. Expert-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to develop visually engaging, interactive presentations using transitions and animations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with instructors, stakeholders, and management. Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance in accordance with agency requirements. Preferred Skills
Experience in training program administration or support. Familiarity with tactical communications or related fields. Compensation and Benefits
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $114,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay. The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
