Manage employees and operations of the store, including hiring and firing, labor laws, and scheduling. Demonstrate knowledge of Health Department Guidelines and operate the restaurant within those parameters. Submit necessary paperwork and reports monthly for the restaurant and employees. Maintain stock by placing weekly inventory orders. Deliver deposits to the bank on behalf of the restaurant. Provide professional customer service and address all customer complaints. Supervise crew members, crew leaders, and Assistant Managers. Open and close the store effectively. Understand and adhere to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs. Create and maintain schedules for the team. Requirements
Good written and oral communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask Working knowledge of back office computer systems Must be 18 years of age or older to apply Must have reliable transportation Benefits
