Overview
Regional Operations Director (ROD) role at DaVita Kidney Care. Location: Bronx, NY (approx. 3525 White Plains Rd, Bronx, NY 10467-5705, United States). The role leads approximately 10 dialysis centers, ~200 teammates, with accountability for an estimated $30–$50MM P&L. The ROD provides strategic and tactical leadership to field management to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care. Responsibilities
Create a high-performing team environment with approximately 10–12 direct reports, inspiring quality and compliant patient care.
Address top growth priorities, patient census, and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions.
Drive key metrics and outcomes for the book of business inherited.
Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for assigned division facilities.
Meet labor budgets and manage labor, operations, and contract management within the division.
Review and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and procedures; identify issues and implement solutions.
Monitor competition and proactively assess SWOT to inform strategy.
Lead a growing, socially responsible business aligned with American healthcare values.
Collaborate with facility leadership to address employee and patient concerns and drive regional goals and standards with field teams.
Qualifications
Leadership experience for a multi-site operational business
Experience leading a unified team
Experience identifying and committing to growth in a territory
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Available for moderate travel (25–50% overnight)

Compensation and About DaVita Salary range for this role is $121,200.00 – $177,900.00 per year. Compensation will depend on factors including qualifications and experience. DaVita offers a comprehensive total rewards package.
