Overview
UCR Health is launching a 10-year, multi-phase expansion of its clinical network to address the healthcare needs of Inland Southern California while strengthening the clinical, educational, and research missions of UC Riverside and the UCR School of Medicine. This expansion demonstrates our commitment to building a high-performing, academically affiliated health system that provides equitable, accessible, and community-focused care. Responsibilities
Lead and direct accounting and financial operations in collaboration with UCR Health leadership, campus, and UCOP. Develop and maintain accounting systems and internal controls. Engage in strategic planning with senior leaders and represent the clinical enterprise in systemwide meetings and discussions. Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders in making final organizational decisions. Ensure achievement of objectives related to financial operations and organizational goals. This position is currently under review and is being considered at job code/job title: 005631 - ACCOUNTING MGR 3 HC. If approved, the full salary range is $161,500 - $326,300 annually, with the expected pay scale up to $275,000 annually. Salary offers are based on factors such as education, licensure and certifications, relevant experience, and other business and organizational needs. Requirements
Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. Policies
