Sr. Solution Architect , with emphasis on Financial Services digital account opening, MarTech, KYC/KYB, Content Management Systems (CMS), software development, DevOps, and high-quality delivery experience, to join the Digital Strategy team that works on projects to expand our digital presence through cutting edge technologies. Responsibilities

As a

Sr. Solution Architect

with experience in digital account opening and content management solutions, you will be responsible for partnering with Product, Engineering, and Leadership on cloud-native, innovative, safe, and sound applications for our in-house developed solutions. Collaborate and accelerate delivery with a business-aligned digital account opening product and engineering delivery team in support of multiple critical banking functions to meet digital strategy initiative objectives. (e.g., MarTech, Web Analytics, KYC/KYB, IDV, Mobile Verification, Content Management Systems (CMS), all in support of attracting, acquiring, and retaining customers.) Participate in and make recommendations for approvals in architecture review meetings. Support the team by establishing multi-use technology foundations with leadership and peers. Guide the team on their journey toward software delivery best-practices to achieve innovative, safe, and sound solutions and achieve time-sensitive business outcomes. Cultivate relationships with all stakeholders including business, product, technology, risk, suppliers, and operations. Contribute to the uptime and availability of mission critical applications through proactive management of SSDLC/DevSecOps, software development, quality assurance, and other industry leading engineering practices in partnership with leadership and Enterprise Architecture. Mentor and coach as a technical subject matter expert on areas of cloud-native applications, GraphQL and RESTful integrations, security, and risk. Assist the team in achieving technical skills, competencies, business domain expertise, process knowledge, industry sector knowledge, and capacity to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Participate in reviews, approvals, and recommendations during development and deployment activities. Contribute to reducing the total cost of ownership of solutions. Contribute as the Technology Foundation Product Owner through Agile/Kanban-style value delivery system. Other duties as assigned (including various forms of documentation). Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems or other related degree. Professional Certifications (ex. SAFe, CSM, CKA, CI/CD, Java, etc.) are highly desired. 10+ years' experience architecting and developing on a high-performing team of full-stack and mobile software engineers. 2+ years focus on digital account opening, Martech, and public website solutions. 5+ years' experience leading and/or influencing cloud ready and cloud-native architectures for application software delivery. Experience creating documentation in multiple formats. (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN, UML, etc) Experience with Design Driven Development (DDD) highly desired. Experience in delivering toward SOC 2 Type II or other technology compliance certifications in Fintech or Banking industries is highly desired. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to communicate effectively with senior business and technical management, vendors, and peers across multiple functions. Proven ability to interact with others to identify, analyze and solve complex incidents and problems through close attention to detail. Location

This position requires regular face-to-face interaction with teams, business stakeholders, and executives in Salt Lake City, Utah. We will consider candidates in the area, able to relocate to the area, or working remotely but willing to travel regularly to Salt Lake City. Benefits
